Javier Barbero Montes (Pozoblanco, Córdoba, 1991). He founded the Granada film company Fourminds Films in 2016 where he begins to write and direct his first short films where «Érebo’s eyes» (2021) was selected at the Ibero-American Festival of Huelva or the FECI of Bogotá and «Side by side» (2022), an intimate portrait of his grandparents shot over six years, was selected at the Alcances Festival and winner of the award for Best Documentary Short at the II Carmen 2023 Awards, stand out. In 2022 he moved to Seville where he works as assistant editor and editor. He is currently writing his first film feature, «The fourth age» while distributing his latest work as director, «Siembra» (2023).
