Miguel Guindos studies Filmmaking in ECAM. He codirects Cleo Is Coming Over Tonight with Aitana Ahrens, which wins the Golden Roel award in Medina del Campo and gets selections in D’A Barcelona, Atlàntida Mallorca and Cerdanya. His previous short film, Lupita From Now On, was selected in BUFF Mälmo, Sweden, in the 2cool4school in Cannes Film Festival and the official selection of Abycine, among other international festivals. Both were available in Filmin.
His postgraduate education consists of the Cinezeta project as a programmer in Cineteca Matadero and the Film Critic Master in ECAM. He also imparts filmmaking workshops to young students in high schools as part of ECAM’s Alfabetización Audiovisual program.
