Rubén García Fernández, 23. Graduate in Audiovisual Communication from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Actor from El Timbal. His training and experience have given him the opportunity to participate in multiple projects of different natures. Behind the scenes, he specialises in production designing and writing. Currently, his work encompasses film and performing arts projects. “Las hermanas no discuten” is his latest piece of his own creation, which has been performed in different theatres in Barcelona and in which he has developed his skills as a playwright, set designer, stage director and performer. His work usually deals with social issues, among which the queer community and the revision of the “cañí” culture stand out.
